The big day may have come and gone, but keep in touch as we’re always up to something new and exciting.
This RVS (Rabies Vector Species) training was developed so wildlife rehabilitators could comply with training requirements. This training is also suitable for veterinary staff, animal rescue workers, law enforcement, and anyone interested in working with animals or rabies vectors. The PA Game Commission and MD DNR for RVS training have approved it. However, anyone can join in who wants to learn more about rabies and rabies vectors.
Rabies vectors in PA are raccoons, skunks, foxes, groundhogs, coyotes, and bats. They are more likely to contract rabies and other species of mammals.
